Updated 11/16/24- can’t clean bathrooms worth crap. Bathrooms have the same dust and dirt that they had a year ago. Toilet is plugged and has been for days. People get poop on the toilet seat and they don’t even get it cleaned off completely. Try to say anything and it never gets fixed. They just make excuses. The last lady who didn’t do it right either left or lost her job too. Now they have an old guy cleaning them and they aren’t any better. The bathroom by sunridge over at the park has had the same red candy splatter marks for 3 years. They just faded away and they ignored them which means the walls never get cleaned. If needed I’ll get proof and contact a supervisor who can do more. The 5 star isn’t deserved. They argue and make excuses until you get proof. Employees start issues at the parks if they don’t like you or you are “there every day.” Got lied to and told we needed to move until I checked the sheets. Person who reserved the spot where we were was upset that they were rude to us and invited us to spend time with their family. Sad that your guests were more welcoming than your employees. I also watched you guys spray the entire irrigation canal with weed killer which is actually an environmental crime because the rain washes that all the way down our river. The canal you sprayed is the one that goes by the old Dennys. Shouldn’t be putting any type of chemicals in the water way. Safe or not. You guys don’t own anything downstream from where you sprayed that and it affects everything downstream. Not just the property you sprayed it on. On top of that you sprayed it directly before we had a rainy season. Department of agriculture would probably love to take a soil test too.
