Hermiston Parks & Recreation runs a Summer Fun Day Camp for ages 6–11, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm during June through early August, with sports, educational activities, and arts and crafts. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included, and Friday afternoons are spent at the Hermiston Family Aquatic Center.

I think it is difficult to keep parks nice with the homeless population growth that the world has experienced, but they do great here. You can't always have restrooms open without them being abused in one way or the other, but some of the parks also provide a port a pot for those in urgent need.

BOTH times the restrooms were locked, even though the city’s website said they should be open. So we had to cut the park time short and leave just so we could use the restroom. You should be ashamed.
