The Musician's Launchpad is a West Richland music school offering private lessons, group jam classes and performance opportunities, and it runs a Summer Drum Camp through July. The camp meets 12:00pm-2:00pm five days a week, with tuition starting at $250 for one week covering 10 hours of instruction and all necessary gear; students work on playing in a large group and on new rhythm patterns and techniques. At two hours a day this is a short daily session rather than a full-day camp. The school teaches drums, guitar, bass, piano and voice year-round and offers a free 30-minute intro lesson.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact The Musician's Launchpad directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleMy 9 yo son loves this place. He has been with Kyle on drums for 5 months now and has made such great progress. While my son had an interest in drums, Kyle taught him to love music and reading music. Drum star in the works! I've crossed paths with other instructors, and they're all friendly and gifted on a variety of instruments.
Guitar instructor has been wonderful. Cheerful, professional, enduring. Couldn't be better. However, management is disappointing. Changing terms even after they/he agreed with written consent. Didn't reply. Frustrating
My grandson attends guitar lessons at this facility and he just loves it he really thinks quite highly of his music instructor.
This is a great school! The owner and instructors are patient, professional and have degrees in music. If I’m going to pay money for guitar or drum lessons I want them from a pro, and not from some random musician calling himself a teacher....(only to fall A-flat on my face) Been down that road, not doing it again..! Now I’m sending my kid there and he’s doing sooo good we’re starting a band! Thanks to Musicians launch pad.
Our son's music teacher, Kyle, has always been kind, patient, knowledgeable and he has a positive attitude. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is super awesome with kids! Our son has Adhd and is easily distracted and music has been an amazing outlet for him. He can read music now and play his way through songs on the piano and drums and it brings him a lot of joy! Richland is lucky to have this awesome, small business.
