I just went to the PLHH recital last night and have been to a few competitions as my friends have kids in the program. The confidence these young girls show on stage is incredible. Your talent, your dedication, and your seemingly endless ability to do it all is nothing short of inspirational. You bring out the best in everyone around you. I love watching these kids pour their hearts out on stage in a space where they are safe, celebrated, and free to just be kids. That’s rare in the world we live in today. Personally, Angel was there for me during one of the harder times in my life. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t sugarcoat—she just showed up.
