The Dugan Best Recreation Center hosts Owensboro Parks & Recreation's summer day camp for children ages 5-12 (5-year-olds must be enrolled in kindergarten). Camp runs 7:30am to 5:30pm with early drop-off at 7:00am, and provides morning and afternoon snacks plus lunch each day.
