The community aspect of ECF is also incredible - whether you're super strong already or working on getting stronger, we support & encourage each other. I also love that this Y location is nestled right in West Chester where the programs support the community of this walkable town. The leadership puts their heart into every activity, making sure it is relevant and enjoyable for all.
★Aideis MedeirosOf the 100% of people who attend the gym, 90% are teenagers and children who are there just to get in the way of those who really want to work out. They play on their cell phones, shop online, make videos of people working out, play wrestling, play basketball, watch on YouTube, social media, chat in groups, sit on machines watching, do everything except the main thing, which is working out. They think the gym is an amusement park and get in the way of those who really want to exercise. My husband and I have warned the management about this countless times and nothing has been done. If you don't have time to work out, don't come to this gym, especially after 2:30. Unfortunately, our routine doesn't allow us to go to the gym all the time, but we are organizing ourselves so that this will happen soon, because if the gym values quantity, we appreciate quality.

She started in the mommy and me class and now many years later is on the competitive team. We're so happy she has a safe place to grow in the sport. The ninja program allows our son to challenge himself & gives him a safe place to hang and climb other than our house walls.
