★★★Emily KehlThe facilities do the job (though machines are limited), and I really appreciate the staff. They’ve always been friendly and helpful, and the KidZone gals are excellent. KidZone hours are in the morning, which is when it seems like the center is busiest, and there have been multiple occasions that I’ve called the front desk to cancel my KidZone reservation because I couldn’t find any parking, so that’s a bit frustrating. We ultimately just canceled our membership there because they are going to start requiring that 0-3 y.o have their own membership or be included in a family plan in order to use the KidZone service. Business is business, so I get it, and maybe we’ll switch back someday when we’re a family of 4 all using the gym, but for now, I’m not paying an extra $30 a month for my 10 month old to have a gym membership. L.A. Fitness offers similar services, more childcare hours, has more parking, and all for less per month. I’ve loved this place since I was in high school, so I’m sad to see how it has changed since then.

They have lots of summer programs for kids. They offer not just sports but art classes as well. There is plenty of parking.
★Anders MackI recently visited the community center gym with my 8-year-old daughter, hoping to make use of their "kid zone" while I worked out, only to be met with an unnecessarily rigid and unfriendly enforcement of their age policy. The "kid zone" is supposedly for children ages 9 and older, and despite my daughter being just two months shy of her ninth birthday— I was told she can not be in the room. She’s mature for her age, was sitting quietly with a tablet and posed no disruption whatsoever, yet the front desk Karen gave me a hard time, lecturing me about “rules being rules”. The whole interaction felt hostile rather than helpful. For a community facility that’s meant to serve families, this kind of inflexible, zero-common-sense approach is disappointing and alienating; it drives parents away rather than welcoming them. I cancelled my membership and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
