Powered by GoogleCoach Jordan will be the reason my daughters will be switching gyms. Her attitude is horrible. Come on Olympica, do better. For the kids.
My child really likes the teachers here, but as mentioned in another parent’s review, the smell here is overwhelming. If it weren’t for my child insisting, I would consider switching to another place. I think the owner’s response to the other parent’s feedback about the odor was very inappropriate. Another gym in the same city also has many kids, but it doesn’t have such an unpleasant smell. Initially, we planned to host a birthday party here, but after inviting a friend to bring their child for a trial class, the friend decided not to enroll their child due to concerns about hygiene. We have to give up the idea that hosting a birthday party here.
The owner sent a survey to all embers and I expressed dissatisfaction on how unclean the place was. this is his response "I am sorry to learn that you feel this way. We do have the gym cleaned and disinfected each of the 6 days per week that we are open. Of course, it is a gym, and there are many young athletes working very hard in it at all times. So, it consequently will not always smell like roses, especially on a warm summer afternoon. While you did directly say as much, may I safely assume that you will be withdrawing (redacted) from our program? I was admittedly surprised to see that she was an active student given your curt and critical message below. " This place is filthy - there is dust everywhere and bathrooms are distusting - the smell is horrible all year around
This gym needs some TLC. They have good facilities and equipment but it is not maintained. Many pieces of equipment were in poor condition and in fact my child tripped on a piece of mat that was protruding. Many areas seemed to need more regular cleanings and the ladder for the smaller children at the drinking fountain was covered in corrosion.
Our kids taking classes there for 2 years. They love it! The coaches there are precessional and really love kiddos! Coach Taylor is my daughter’s most favorite.
