I can tell that each coach is well trained and equipped for their position. They all work compassionately at ensuring every child acquire's the skills they need to succeed. Do NOT come to this gym if you want to have a safe space to ask questions. The owner Kyle is really unreasonable. As of 4.28.26 he kicked my daughter off the girls team with one month left in the contract because he didn’t like the questions I asked, for example where does our money go. That is a basic question that any parent would ask paying hundreds of dollars a month. He is mad because I was looking at other gyms before committing to a year contract when this was my daughter’s and I first experience in the gymnastics world. He stated he would not speak to the parents as a group or have any formal meetings with parents to be on the same page, he would not provide information pertaining the upcoming contract year until you signed the year contract. I could give more examples but I would be here all day. He has now made this experience terrible for my 7 year old daughter who is crying her eyes out. I understood if he didn’t want us to continue for the next contract year but I asked for my daughter’s sake if she could finish out the month we already paid for and he said no and could care less about how this would effect her. He is not about the kids or family at all. If his feelings are hurt or ego is bruised he will discard your child like an old rag doll. This felt personal because other parents have asked the same questions and did not receive a phone call about being kicked off the team. People told me not to come to NOVA but I wanted to have my own experience and now I have it. I understand why people told me not to come here. I really hate that Kyle did this to my 7 year old daughter. To be so heartless is very scary when running a business working with children. Think two or three times before bringing your child here. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Btw he said he would give me a refund which is a total of $545 for our monthly team fee of $445 and the last private session I paid for which is $100 but I highly doubt I will see that. After consoling my devastated little girl by this grown man’s emotional decision she told me I was the best mother in the world because I advocated for her to remain on the team. And even though Kyle didn’t care how this would affect her I showed her how a good parent fights for their kid. And to not let adults like Kyle push you around, come up with lies and excuses to make you the villain of their story to make themselves feel big or better. Kyle may not have liked my questions, me, or that I was looking at other gyms but that has nothing to do with my daughter. Again 100% would not recommend this gym due to the owner Kyle.

I do not recommend Nova Gymnastics for a 1-year-old’s birthday party. While the facility was spacious and clean, the customer service was highly disappointing. Before the party, I confirmed twice with the staff that “Party Hosts” would lead games and activities. However, this did not happen. At arrival, I greeted both Party Hosts. Only one responded. The other, Aubrey, did not acknowledge me until I pointed it out. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. I was only given 15 minutes to set up. I arrived at 2:37 p.m. and was done by 2:47 p.m. The party was scheduled from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. At 3:01 p.m., only one child had arrived, yet Aubrey insisted we begin. I had to explain we needed to wait for more children, who arrived by 3:15 p.m. At the gym, we were told there would only be 5 minutes of free play. I requested 10 minutes and offered to reduce time later intended for food. During the activities, only one game was led by the host. When I asked what else was planned, he said nothing—and that I was responsible. I had to run the rest of the games myself. When it came time for food, the male host began handing out pizza and cupcakes without asking me. I had not yet sung Happy Birthday. They began rushing us out right at 4:30 p.m., moving all my items to the lobby. By 4:34 p.m., we were entirely out of the building. I didn’t even get a chance to thank or say goodbye to my guests properly. In summary, the lack of support from the party hosts and the rushed and disorganized experience made what should have been a joyful occasion unnecessarily stressful.
