Northeast Institute of Gymnastics runs gymnastics camps at its Albany facility over the summer and during Christmas and spring school vacations. Campers take part in fun games, group exercises and skill-building drills aimed at strength, flexibility and coordination, with certified coaches giving structured instruction to beginners and advanced athletes at their own level. The gym also runs preschool gymnastics, girls' gymnastics, boys' gymnastics and competitive teams year-round.
