North Valley Youth Soccer League (NVYSL) is a volunteer-run youth soccer league providing recreational, select, and competitive soccer for ages 4–18 in North San Jose, Milpitas, Alviso, and East Foothill neighborhoods; competitive teams play as North Valley United. It runs seasonal league play rather than a structured summer day camp.

★EmmyIf I can give this negative stars I would! Very unprofessional. Coach Mario first emailed me saying that my child has made the team. And then after the first practice he told other teammates she wasn't. Instead of being an adult and reaching out to me HER PARENT, he decided to let children know which got back to mine. Immature and definitely not ok. So upon hearing that, I did reach out to him and let him know what I heard. He then let me know that the practice was a "second tryout". If that's what it was, it should've been stated on the email which it was NOT. It was very disheartening not only for me , but for my kid to try out, be offered a spot on the team, and then for kids to say otherwise, and not be on the team. And the way he handled this situation is just disgusting. How can you do that to a child and be unapologetic and taking no accountability on his mistake, but to go ahead and find another team. Here are the emails from where she made the team and then his excuse.
