Powered by GoogleIn 2025, my daughter took two or three classes of the RECREATIONAL tumble bears classes. It’s supposed to be 10 weeks of classes, but I chose to cancel and get a refund because of how rude Mrs. Mary was to myself and my daughter. She’s an incredibly impatient woman and I’m really not sure how she deals with children, let alone teaches them. On the very first day of class, she called me down to complain how my daughter was not fully participating, as in she was not pushing up on the bar. This was my daughter’s first time attempting to do this, so I feel like it should be expected that she might have trouble. She also kept trying to move my daughters legs to make her sit perfectly criss cross, which is a bit much for a class that’s supposed to be fun. The second time I was called down, Mrs. Mary was again frustrated, this time about how my daughter was not rolling in the ball and not attempting to do so. My daughter was looking at the older girls behind her who were doing flips or swinging on bars. In front of my daughter and all the other girls, Mrs. Mary said, “See she’s looking around everywhere else” (in a very frustrated tone) and then also said “Everyone pays the same amount and this is very distracting” and told me my daughter would not be able to participate. We were not allowed back into the class. Again, this is a recreational class and the very FIRST class. To get so easily frustrated with my daughter and clearly express this in her words and tone of voice, in front of me and everyone else, is really concerning. I’ve seen more stability and patience in younger teachers dealing with much more rambunctious children. Maybe Mrs. Mary forgot these were children, that this was a recreational class, that not every child learns the same, and that it’s supposed to be FUN. Being a teacher means that you TEACH, not expect a child to instantly understand every direction you give them or task you ask them to perform. It was my daughters first time trying gymnastics and her first time being directed by a teacher, so I expected her to have a learning curve and make mistakes, but she barely given the chance to try. The establishment also did nothing about Mrs. Mary’s behavior and did not seem to care.
Don't waste your time and money at this low level place. They will deceive you and tell you there is no contract and it is month to month. We registered and tried this low level place for one month and decided not to keep going to this low level place after the first month was over. They are still charging me for every month until now. I have been calling them and emailing them, I left them three voicemails and no one got back to me. The coaching process is very unprofessional and your kids will learn much better and faster anywhere else.
worst gym ever. The coach is so rude ur kid isn't gonna say it trust me. I broke out from an allergic reaction from the matt's there bc they don't clean. again coach's for level 5'6'7 and higher, worst ppl ever there rude and selfish they picked on me because I wouldn't talk, they said multiple time that I was dumb and didn't know what I was doing. I've been doing gymnastic since I was 1 I'm 15 now so saying that "I had no clue what I was doing" is really dumb of them. if u see the other reviews look how long ago they were...
This place is hands down the best facility, staff, and program guide for children perusing gymnastics excellence. My daughter has been going here for a year and I have watched her improve 10 fold. Also, the time she gets at open gym every Friday nights only makes her better. She loves it and I can’t be happier.
Great place if you are looking for a gymnastics school
