Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money I enrolled my daughter in this summer camp, paying in full ($1776) to ensure she would have a consistent and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this camp has been a major letdown, and I feel the need to warn other parents before they invest their hard-earned money here. Firstly, after a family emergency, I requested a partial refund. The camp gave me a credit instead—despite the fact that I had no intention of returning. This was confusing, and when I later decided to return, the staff seemed completely unprepared for us, with the director expressing surprise that we were back. This gave me the impression that my daughter wasn’t valued as a returning camper. Another issue arose when I called to inquire about the balance on the credit. I was told there was only enough for one day, but I knew there should have been enough for an entire week. After some back and forth, the situation was resolved, but it left me feeling like I had to fight for what was owed to me. The turnover rate for the coaches is also concerning. The staff changes so frequently that it feels like there's no consistency in the care and attention my daughter receives. To make matters worse, many of the staff members appear to lack the experience or training needed to manage the children effectively, which has resulted in inconsistent experiences for my daughter. On the last day of her attending this camp, the staff tried to place blame on my daughter for a situation that seemed blown out of proportion. This was completely out of character for her, as she typically does not have issues at other camps or activities. It was disheartening to see them try to make her feel like the "problem child." Additionally, the camp does not provide food, and parents are required to pay extra for snacks. This is especially disappointing when considering the high cost of the camp itself. In conclusion, I would not recommend this camp to other parents. The lack of consistency, communication issues, and overall mismanagement make it clear that this camp does not prioritize the well-being of its campers. With the amount of money I paid, I expected much more than what we received. I strongly suggest looking into other options that will actually care for and nurture your child
