Very clean, plenty of sports equipment, and a wonderful area for kids birthday parties. Very polite and helpful staff.

I love the program and being able to workout while my daughter is at gymnastics practice 4 days a week. The coach’s are really nice and push the girls to be there best selves

I came here and still am coming here so here’s my experience: The staff are not very friendly and pick favorites. Some staff are nice but not always. You get in trouble for the smallest things like talking in line! You can’t read except for upstairs during summer camp. The staff judges you a-lot plus if you’re injured they won’t care unless you’re crying. The older people that work there (most of the staff is in their twenties) who are like 30+ yell all the time and act like they’re 10. The staff insults kids and is rude. There isn’t much bullying but it’s still there! They are homophobic towards the staff and people who go to the camp. And that is my experience with MSC! EDIT: I am now going to MSC for aftercare and I be been going for the past 3 years and every Friday they let the kids play games on their Chromebooks. For the past 3 years every Friday I would go on YouTube and play music as I draw or play games on my Chromebook but on 10/25/24 the oldest lady working there at the time took my Chromebook away and SLAMMED THE THING SHUT. It has a small crack in the corner of the screen because of her aggressive behavior towards the computer for no reason. She was so rude to all the kids there after she saw me on YouTube! I am glad it’s my last year here! Only 3 of the staff are ever nice to anyone at all! And the other staff members are rude to the kids and they give them weird looks when they are just being themselves. And one staff member named Mia is rude to everyone! When my friend was slapped across the face by another kid my friend who was sobbing told Mia and Mia said “So? And? That’s not my problem.” On 3/7/25 Me (6th grade) and my friend (4th grade) were minding our own business drawing. Then a young boy (probably 1st or 2nd grade) came up to us and watched us draw. We didn’t mind it and eventually we played a game with him (we played tag) after the game was over we went back to drawing and reading and the boy ran off to do whatever. Then I go and wait in line for the trampoline (we have to take turns) then out of nowhere the boy from earlier tackles me and puts his arms around my neck trying to choke me. I looked at the staff (aka Mia) who was “watching the trampolines” and she just stared at me. I had to punch the kid 3 times before he got off of me. About 20 minutes later he attacks my friend who is much smaller and shorter than me. He then went on to attack us both each another time. We told another staff member and she just told him to “keep his hands to himself” HOW WILL THAT HELP?!???!!??!!? I later told the boss who just talked to him about it. About 30 mins after lunch he came up to us and just stared at Me and my Two friends (both in 4th) This made us very uncomfortable and we asked him to leave but he didn’t. We were trying to have a serious conversation and we were venting to each other but we stopped due to him staring at us. We told the boss again and HE got to help out in the cafeteria. Anyway a year or two ago during summer camp I was punched in the neck and of course I got in trouble for calling the kid a loser. Another time in 2022 me and my friend (same age) were playing and I was giving him a piggy back ride. He wouldn’t get off when I wanted him to and so I (being a stupid child) flung him across the floor, and obviously he cried. The staff member didn’t help him but instead threw a Tic Tac container at him. Don’t worry he was ok! This is my experience with MSC so far!

I've enrolled my son in Mandeville Sports Complex summer camp program for the last 3 years. He absolutely loves it- which is a win in my book! Their camp hours fit perfectly with my work schedule. The counselors keep the kids super busy. Management and staff are incredible. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They even provide holiday camp throughout the year when kids are out of school. Highly recommend!
