The North East River Yacht Club runs a summer youth sail camp for ages 8–16 that requires no prior experience or club membership. The six-week program (starting mid-to-late June) includes both learn-to-sail and racing tracks, with younger sailors in Optimist dinghies and older campers progressing to Topaz, Laser, and FJ boats. It is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health.
