My daughter started private lessons with Nine Studio a few years back and she absolutely loves everyone there. She will rather bring a sandwich to spend lunchtime with them vs eating with us, that tells you a lot! Everyone there is so wonderful, including the kids! My daughter chooses what she wants to do, e.g. various types of paintings, clay, and more first then she receives all the guidance and answers that enable her creativity which I think it’s really crucial - space to grow with necessary tools you need. We are really happy to find Nine Studio and we definitely hope you will find the same feeling as us. Give it a try!

Amelie and the Nine Studio team are one of a kind and wonderful. Our two children have been going there for 4 years and absolutely love it. The kids have learned so much about Art, Art history and Art in culture as well as making good friends and participating in many projects. We are grateful that we started with Nine Studio many years back and hope to continue to do so for years to come! Thank you Amelie!

My daughter LOVES going to Nine! She attended summer camp and their after school programs. Nine has also developed programs on days when we've got a school day off. The quality of the teachers are superb; I feel they're especially good at knowing how to balance creativity and teaching technique on an individual basis. I love how they incorporate aspects of executive functioning in their teaching approach. The place is super clean and they have a good supply of materials for kids to explore. I recall the day my daughter found some materials to use, and she said "my creativity just went wild with the possibilities of what I could do with it". I looked at other art programs, but I trust Amelie's (Managing Director) and often seek her advice on how to cultivate my daughter's art skills.

My 2nd grader has been attending a weekly class at nine studio for the past six months, and both he and I couldn't rate the experience more highly! He's generally reluctant to try new extracurricular activities, but he's loved this class from the get-go (despite his initial hesitance about taking an art class!). The studio owner and her team are warm, professional and super creative, with the curriculum covering diverse artists, mediums and art history in such a fun, engaging way. When I collect my son each week, I'm always wowed by the group's creations... And blown away by how focused and calm the kids are, especially after a long school day. All credit to the teachers' talents!

I absolutely love Nine Studio! This is our 2nd time doing a camp week at Nine Studio. My children had previously attended camp during their spring break week. I have an 8 year old & a 11 year old and they started Summer Camp this week. The theme of the week is mythical monsters which is a genius idea to get the children to create art and they get the added bonus of learning some of the history relating to Greek Gods and the stories behind some of those Gods. My children are currently making their "monster" from wire and adding layers to this with air clay so that when the week is up they will end up with their very own uniquely painted sculpture! There is no right or wrong way, it is just their imagination at work! The teachers are very knowledgeable and you can tell that they are very patient and want every child to create their own art that is a master piece of their own! I cannot wait to see the end result. As of now all I hear from my kids is how their teacher Eugene showed them this and taught them that. It was a non-stop chatter the entire way home and throughout dinner! I call that successful camp day for our family!
