Member sailing club founded in 1934 that runs a long-standing junior sailing program teaching kids to sail on the Niagara River, offered as a week-long camp at three skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Around thirty children register each year and roughly 75-80 percent are sailing for the first time. All junior sailors must be able to swim and pass a swim test. Campers are expected to complete chores, rig and sail the boats themselves, help other campers and crew, follow dock and water safety rules, and be mature enough to take direction from adult staff and volunteers. Ages and daily hours are not published.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Niagara Sailing Club directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleWent there to see Yasger Project. Great music. Great atmosphere and great pot luck food.
I had the privilege of attending the annual commodore’s ball at the Niagara Sailing Club this past weekend! The club is back from a terrible fire that destroyed the building a few years back, but not the will of its board and members! The building is fantastic and the night was a huge success! Congrats to Commodore Courtney!
Very nice place.
Beautiful, convenient, and newly updated.
Friendly members! Amazing place!
