We were instructed and sailed with a well known NOYC German engineer name Walter Fishbach that taught us everything about racing in what became the Crew to Captain classes on his Knorr called the “Sea Adler”. We won multiple class B Handicap races along with a Sugar Bowl Regatta, and Blake won a junior Lipton in the late 60’s. Those two years of Racing allow us the knowledge to Sail with any class, anywhere, that we remembered the rest of our lives. Thank you, NOYC and Walter! Why?
