New Hope Recreation Center, off Broadway Avenue in northeast Knoxville, is a City of Knoxville park facility leased and managed by the Emerald Youth Foundation, and one of the sites listed for the city's Parks and Recreation summer camp. That camp runs 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays from early June through late July for children ages 6-12, priced at about $50 per week for city residents plus a one-time registration fee.
