Cecil Webb Community Center at 923 Baker Ave is one of nine City of Knoxville community centers hosting the city's Parks and Recreation summer camp. Camp runs 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays from early June through late July for children ages 6-12, at roughly $50 per week for city residents plus a modest one-time registration fee that includes a camp shirt; non-residents pay more. The center itself has a gym, multipurpose room and kitchen, and the adjacent Cecil Webb Park has outdoor basketball courts and a playground.

My son is in a summer program at this location. It's a good place for children. The employees are awesome
Love love this place. Thanks for giving our children a safe place to play and have fun and for the after school program!
They have a gym basketball courts and rooms for rent for meetings and get togethers for a reasonable price. Slightly unorganized but good value for the price like 110 for half a day.
