Its been a while since we have been here (due to poor employees we didnt come here for a long time) its a bit better than before but some employees at the front shouldn't be in the front if they are going to be mean and act like they dont want to be there. I get it, it can get hectic and crazy but you're the face of Y, you're the first face someone's walks in to see. At least act like you want to work there. 🙂 to add on I like it when i was the frist one waiting to get help but than "S" ignored me and helped all the other guest that came after me. 😆 at least she said "have a nice day" when we left. I understand this place has been running for a long time but im curious to how they pass the health department? Pools have black mold, rust and breaking apart. Lockers rooms are rusty and bathroom sinks are almost falling off the wall and so much more.

Terrible. I watch a little girl and her month get kicked out for stretching on the turf. They were doing nothing wrong and no one was near. The little girl was so upset. Rules are rules but the family was not near anyone. How are they allowed to run on the track but not stretch on the turf. Not a gym I would be bringing my family to.

I am a firm believer that it isn’t the place that makes something great it’s the ppl! As much as I love this location & I really did enjoy this place in the beginning, About 1/4 of the staff actually choose to be friendly. The rest walk around like they own the place and have ABSOLUTELY no problem talking bad about patrons when they’re literally minding their own business. I’ve have been REPEATEDLY ignored when greeting them as I walk by, & by that I mean they’ll look right at you blank faced, hear you, & look straight down at their phone or in the opposite direction. Okay fine maybe they’re shy? So I stopped saying hi to those ppl. Now I get GLARED AT/ side eyed as I’m walking away. Thanks to another patron, I was informed. This was after I already reported another staff member for being borderline aggressive & other ones for this behavior. I’m not sure whyyy it’s progressively getting worse. But it’s starting to seem like me reporting it was just one big joke/ inconvenience to them. It’s very VERY apparent the staff favor certain ppl. If you’re older, generally, you’re in the clear & More than likely will not have an issue with them being rude to your face. But if your younger, they have nooo problem trying to make you feel unwelcome/singled out . I’m someone who try’s to put themselves in others shoes & give them the benefit of the doubt. But this stuff is just completely uncalled for & out of line. Mind you I noticed this behavior towards other patrons long before it started happening to me. My peers will no longer go with me to this location because they’ve also said they have the same experiences. Honestly I don’t know why they treat their place of employment like one big middle school clique….. but I’ve never seen a more disrespectful staff, as a whole, ANYWHERE!

Great place to take kids for swimming. The slide hours a minimum its not open much. so plan accordingly. They do have a nice adult only hot tub. The family showers are also great. They have more than the other locations. The some of the life guards are a little much. I get it but I’m the father and within 10 feet of my swimming kids calm down a little.
