This place is awesome. Super friendly staff, nice clean building. Lots of parking with enough handicap spots. Make sure to train with Steph.

Very nice facility. Not a full fledged YMCA with pool and gym. Has a nice fitness area with weights and cardio machines. Yoga and fitness rooms and plenty of multi purpose rooms. Natures trails right across the road that are awesome for hiking or running. They have massages therapists here and they do an exceptional job. Great views from the windows of the workout area of the woods and nature. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. If you live on the north side of the valley and don’t want to travel to downtown or heart of the valley this place is convenient for working out.

The Bruce B. Purdy Nature Preserve across the street from YMCA offers some great hiking trails with enough variations to keep your hike interesting. Great for an hour or two afternoon hike!

Apple Creek Y has a great location with scenic walking trails and outdoor CrossFit type workout areas. The fitness center is on the smaller side and lacks a running track but other Y’s in the area offer that feature. With an ample supply of treadmills, steppers, elliptical, weight machines and free weights, I find this Y to meet all of my needs. And there is plenty of parking as well.
