I sincerely thank Coach Mahak, Coach Rick, and Coach Chili — they’ve been incredibly patient, kind, and kid-friendly. Their positive attitude and encouragement have greatly impacted my children’s confidence and enjoyment. However, I do want to share some feedback regarding Coach Lily. Unfortunately, our experience with her was not as positive. She did not seem very patient with newcomers and expected the kids to follow every instruction perfectly, even before they had time to adjust or feel comfortable. I also contacted management about my concerns, but unfortunately did not receive a meaningful response or follow-up. I hope this feedback is helpful and considered. We genuinely value the program and appreciate the outstanding coaches who make it an excellent place for kids to grow and learn.
