This organizaton is terrible. I needed a refund due to my child getting injured, which didn't require a doctor visit because I knew if just needed healing time. They refused to issue one unless I went to the doctor and provided them with X-rays. This happened before sign up even closed, so it should not have been an issue. There was no communication and no return of the multiple emails I sent. After months I just gave up because it wasn't worth the trouble.

The worst run sports organization we have ever been a part of. The people running this program are unorganized, make poor decisions, and are extremely unprofessional. You will see better sportsmanship from the kids than from the owner. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is the worst run org I've ever been involved with. They ruined a good product and it gets worse every year. From no refs showing up, to registration mistakes, to mismanagement in every aspect. It's very very frustrating and unorganized.

In our Highlands Ranch NFL Colorado. division it has been extremely unorganized. First, they couldn’t get the team roster correct after the list of names was sent in several times. It took many emails and phone calls to even get the team set up. Second, we didn’t get to start the season on time because they said the uniforms were not delivered. Third, they took a game away from all of us because of the issues with the uniforms, while we can see other cities around us starting on time and getting a full season of games. Lastly, they don’t know how to manage scores correctly. I have two children in the league. For my older kid, his teams score for one week was put in the system correctly and then a few days later they changed the score and removed some of our points (this will potentially affect our chance to make a playoff spot when they use point differential). They didn’t even contact the coaches to explain why. We contacted them about the error and they said they fixed it, however, it was never fixed. With my younger kids team, they took one of our wins and made it a loss and the score is wrong. This is after the coaches signed off on the score with the refs at the end of the game. If NFL Flag didn’t have a playoff option that determines the teams that make it based on wins/points these errors would not be an issue but because they have an end of year payoff/championship, they are potentially taking away this opportunity for kids that are trying hard which is due to their administrative failures. Very disappointing and not worth the effort when they clearly don‘t care, spend your money with a different league.

This league is not good. Overall they have failed this season. We have played with this league a few different seasons and always had some issues but this season was a joke. Player safety was left out. In our last game a couple of our players were knocked to the ground, elbowed and jumped on top of. This is flag football. The goal is to limit contact. We tried to address the aggressive behavior before it got out of hand. My child was then knocked to the ground and our coach ran on to the field to confront the child a d defend mine. With no hesitation another parent ran on to the field and assaulted our coach, breaking his nose. The police were called a d reports were made. The league representatives threw out coach out of the game for aggressive behavior and told us to continue to play or forfeit, we chose to forfeit for our players safety at that point. This league will never get another dime from me, my family or anyone I know. If you’re interested in playing for these people I would suggest finding another option. i9 has a pretty good league as I understand.
