Powered by GoogleBring back tryouts. The teams should be balanced. Massacres like this shouldn't be happening. Esp towards the end of the season. And while the parents may be barking and having a blast...your child learns nothing. The children who lost didn't benefit a lick and the children who won by 16 didn't benefit a lick either. They should be growing in their craft and skillset and when you're not being challenged because the team you're playing against can't hit a ball or field one...you're not growing. And vice versa when you're just being beaten to the ground you're not learning anything. It's a rec league yes but there can still be growth and athletic development. We're not local. We came from a much smaller organization who was still able to organize and have balanced teams where there was an equal amount of seasoned players and rookies per team. Have tryouts. Each coach drafts a player one at a time. No shows go in a hat and each coach draws one at a time. How other leagues do it.
While at the skating ring employees were just standing there letting people run around in the way of skaters and the skating floor isn't that big to begin with and with not everyone being great at skating kids tend to get knocked over then the employees still just stand there horrible place to skate horrible service nothing is clean and yet again the employees just simply don't car
The place is spacious for a group get together or party, but the skates are VERY old. Bring your own skates or blades for comfort and you should have a great time.
We had a room reserved for a month for my baby shower, fully paid and everything. Baby shower day comes around and they didn't put the key for the building inside the lockbox. We called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and no one answered. Finally a police officer let us in the building. 2 hours after our scheduled time to go in. All we got was a "sorry about that". Just be cautious about booking with them.
They would not let me leave the building without a ride home. I am literally paying to be held against my will. This should be, if it’s not, illegal.
