MT Ed runs summer theatre camps in which campers rehearse and stage a full musical with set, costumes, props, and makeup, spending each day on theatre games and vocal, acting, and dance rehearsals led by trained educators. The camp day runs 9:00am-4:00pm with a long lunch break spent walking to Ontario Beach State Park for the beach, playground, or splash park, and wrap-around care from 8:00am to 6:00pm is included at no extra charge. Camps are capped at 30 campers. MT Ed is at 4785 Lake Avenue in Rochester and was founded in 2018 by artistic director Tina Crandall-Gommel.
