My 10-year-old son and I did the Zip Line Tour at Mountain Creek this past weekend, and we had an amazing time! What a great adventure and experience for both of us. The guides and instructors were wonderful. They made sure everything was safe, fun, and enjoyable, and they were especially great with my son. I would like to give a special thank you to Rye, who kindly offered to take videos and photos of my son coming down the zip line and helped him with his equipment. I am truly grateful for your kindness and for helping create such beautiful memories that we will cherish for years to come. A big shout-out to the entire crew. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone made us feel welcome with warm smiles. The manager, guides, and staff were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The instructors did an excellent job explaining the process and making everyone feel comfortable and confident. Special thanks to Rye – Tour Guide Diego – Tour Guide Heather – Zip Tour Manager Joe – Truck Driver Thank you all for making our day so memorable. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun family adventure!

We had an excellent experience here. Our host was phenomenal. The room was BIG it was basically an apartment. I was able to cook and relax in the living room and BALCONY. Parking was very easy and secure. The views were very nice and the pool seemed awesome ! Wish I was able to use it. Highly recommend checking out the Landmark Inn Restaurant in Warwick. The food is wonderful. Our host was so nice I left my jewelry bag there by accident and they are shipping it back to me. Literally couldn’t find more kind and genuine people. I loved it here. Definitely stay here and ask for unit 240.

First time skiing at Mt. Creek. It's a little different than other ski resorts in a few ways. The closest parking lot fills quickly, and it's a long walk from the secondary lot, crossing a road, going up-hill, and over an overpass-bridge to get to the resort (no shuttle) so if you have a lot of gear consider using the drop off to un-load (pay heed to the "If you love it, lock it" signs posted). Guest relations personel are present at the drop off to sign you in and issue a lift pass if you pre-purchased online (website or via Groupon). The locker room can get a wee bit crazy, but manageable, and it's actually below the "base camp" area, so be prepared for an up flight of stairs to the lift area. The main lifts are pretty interesting, there's no seats, you stand and ride up in a "bucket gondola", holding your skiis/board. Was kind of nice not having my skiis run over waiting on the lift line 😆. The lines are well managed, and loading is pretty decent. Just be prepared to be standing in skii boots on the way up, maybe keep them loose, and buckle up at the top (not that many benches up there 🫤). I'm an intermediate skiier, and enjoy long cruising runs, let me tell you, was not disapointed on the greens, for me they were fun and varried enough (turns and drops) that I didn't even make over to the blues and was content. My daughter skiied a blue and said it was just more vert drop. The food at the lodge, what more can I say, it's overpriced at every resort. However, $5 for a small coffee (that was BTW terrible) is disgusting. I pack snacks for between runs, and keep a water in the locker. I have to give mention to the apres Biergarten bar/snackstand on the deck, was totally enjoyable at the end of the day to have a beer and watch the sunset before the long (downhill) walk back to the parking lot 😂.

Don't be fooled with their beautiful pictures of hotel on their website. I came for twilight sking March 9. Conditions of the mountain was terrible. Not groomed, wet, melting snow. Piles of water going through the trail. They should not be open. When I asked for refund I was told that website mentioned spring like conditions. Their ironclad non refund policy must be their way of making money of people. Although the website doesn't mentioned Conditions like this, it's not worth it to argue . I already know the quality of customer service they represent. Horrible
