Moore Soccer Academy is a private soccer training studio in Middleton run by Jason Moore, a former MLS player with DC United, the Colorado Rapids, Chicago Fire, LA Galaxy and the New England Revolution, who founded the academy in 2012 after retiring. It sells individual training rather than a camp: private 1:1 sessions, dual-player and small-group training, goalkeeper training and residential training packages, all booked online as session packages. Training takes place in a 2,700-square-foot indoor space sized to maximize touches on the ball for foot-skill and ball-control work. Sessions are open to players from preschool through college and beyond, and the academy states it has no affiliation with any soccer club.

Powered by GoogleThis is a fraudulent business. Sharing this so other families are aware. I booked a private soccer training session for my 11-year-old son. Their website showed Sunday availability, and I received multiple confirmation emails, including one less than 24 hours before the appointment. Shortly after, the business canceled due to inaccurate website information and stated they are not open Sundays. They refused a refund for the service they canceled, stopped responding, and removed their website. They have been reported to the MA Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau for further investigation into their fraudulent business practices.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We raised serious concerns about our child’s coach being on his phone during training sessions and even sending my child off the premises to get candy during practice. On another occasion, we showed up for a scheduled session and there was no coach present and no notice given. When we expressed our concerns and asked for either a refund or a coach change, both were refused. Since then, the company has stopped responding to my emails entirely. I am now out over $400 with no resolution and have had to escalate the issue. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Moore Soccer. Parents deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic safety standards, and unfortunately we did not receive that here.
I have my 7 year old son in 1:1 Coaching at Moore Soccer Academy with Coach Cliff. The coaching is very disciplined and intense which was a little intimidating to my son on the first day, but I think the approach is benefitting him as it enforces the skills he's gaining. I can see huge improvements in his control of the ball and shooting technique - overall I'm just so pleased with the progress my son has been making and plan to work with MSA well into the future. I'll be excited for the next Spring season with our town soccer league where he can utilize all he has learned at MSA on the field!
Been playing with Jason for awhile now and he understands the game and this is from someone who dedicated his life to soccer.. Good job Jason and keep up the good work and share the knowledge.
We have sent our 7 and 9 year old boys to three sessions at the Moore Soccer Academy. The coach running the sessions has been Chris each time. He built strong relationships with each of them and helped them feel comfortable. With each session he raised the expectations he had for the participants and had them pushing the boundaries of what they thought they were capable of. Along with being a great person and teacher, he is also a great soccer player. He was able to individualize what he did for each player, maximizing each of their growth. We have seen great improvement in both our boys footwork, shot and understanding of the game. I highly recommend the Moore Soccer Academy.
