I think this swim school is geared more towards making a child feel comfortable around water. He didn't miss a class those 2 weeks. Beforehand, we had been working with him to learn to swim so he had basic knowledge. By the end of the 2 weeks, his swim skills had no real improvement. So if you just want to acclimate your child to the water, this is a great starting place.
