Unprofessional, money hungry company. After being there since March , I have still never actually meet or been introduced to the owner. They don’t care to make that connection with you. They don’t even greet you when your waiting for your child’s class to start. They won’t contact you for make ups because they aren’t your “babysitter” but gladly collect the $70 payment anywhere between the 1-5 of the month. It’s one class a week, & if you miss a class it’s on you to keep up with all absences & make ups. You can only do one make up class a month. (Nun of this was made clear until I tried having a conversation with I believe the owner. I was trying to express real concerns & just got excuse after excuse & blaming the customers as to why the business is so poorly ran.) Low staffed and will cancel/combine classes last minute, and they really seem to pick and choose the students they really work with and give guidance too. Staff is also very uneducated on information pertaining to the business.
