Memphis Youth Musical Theater runs week-long 'show in a week' musical-theater camps — such as Annie and The Sound of Music — culminating in a performance. Rising 1st–2nd graders attend a half-day (9am–noon, with an option to stay until 3pm) and rising 3rd–7th graders a full day (9am–3pm); the program welcomes ages 2 to 18, beginners included.
