Powered by GoogleIt’s been about a week, and I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the school. I understand there is an automatic message stating that the manager and administrative team also assist in the gym, but there has been no clear way to reach someone directly. I have emailed and called and have yet to receive a response. Communication has been very disappointing, especially when trying to get questions answered. I would appreciate a clearer process for contacting staff and receiving timely responses.
My family loves Max out kids! The staff are wonderful and very attentive. My daughter loves her classes and the coaches. Very awesome gym with great activities!
This is the only gym where I take my daughters to learn and enjoy the sport of gymnastics in the ATL area. Clean facility, professional staff and caring owner makes this place worth ig each and every time.
Email interaction prior to scheduling was very cold/copy paste, when we walked in in person it took a while to be acknowledge and when we were it was awkward. It’s a nice space but need to work on customer service and friendliness especially interacting with kids. Maybe early childhood education courses, not all gymnasts are good teachers. The space wasn’t sanitized between classes and there aren’t some of the child proofing elements I’ve seen at other gyms like pool noodles/padding to cover the metal equipment. There also was no baby gate to prevent kids from running out of the gym space (which my son did multiple times,) and there were open trash cans on the gym floor (again, why?) of course a child will get into that. None of the bars were adjusted to toddler height so he wasn’t able to participate in any of the bars work. The teacher noticed he couldn’t reach the bar and did nothing to adjust them. There was one other kid in our class, meant to be for toddlers, but the mom let the older sister run around the gym the whole time too. Having a new walker, and little kid, age specific classes are important for safety so I was disappointed the teacher allowed that. Gave it one extra star because he liked the trampoline and the slap the cheese, but don’t think that’s worth paying for the classes. May be good for older kids but not Littles.
This place is awesome. They had a free trial so we did it. Apparently my 4 year old son loves gymnastics. Now we come weekly and he burns a bunch of energy. Even flexible about make up dates if we miss one due to other plans. All the coaches my son has been with have been super nice and the kids listen to them well. The seating area is great because you can see everything they are doing and he likes to show us what he did with excitement. The price is not bad at all and worth every penny.
