Maximum Athletics is a well-run gymnastics program with knowledgeable, professional coaches and a very friendly staff. They offer structured classes for all skill levels — from true beginners to advanced athletes — with clear progression and strong attention to proper technique and safety. The facility is clean, organized, and positive, creating a comfortable environment for kids and teenagers to learn and build confidence. Communication is clear, scheduling is well managed, and the instructors are patient and encouraging. A great place in the neighborhood for quality gymnastics training.

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience here. It started at the front desk; the staff member was incredibly rude, offered no greeting, and clearly lacked a customer service mindset. I’m shocked she is the first point of contact for families. The class setup is equally chaotic. There is no dedicated or secure space for the 18–36 month age group. My two-year-old spent the whole time wandering because the layout isn't designed for high-energy toddlers. For a drop-in class, this was a very unpleasant experience. We won’t be back

When we first signed up, the front desk staff acted like they cared. But that quickly changed when my 5-year-old unfortunately broke her arm. I called to let them know she would have to withdraw, and the very first thing out of their mouth was: “We need a doctor’s note and written notice.” Not a single word of concern or empathy. Just cold policy. A few days later, I had to bring my child—with a full cast on—to deliver the doctor’s note in person. Still no kindness, no compassion. One of the girls even scrutinized the note to make sure it was “valid” while my daughter stood there, clearly injured. It was incredibly disheartening. This place lost our trust entirely. It felt more like dealing with a billing department than a kids’ gym that’s supposed to care about families. We’ll never go back, and I’ll be sharing this experience on local platforms so other parents are aware. If you care about your child’s well-being and want a supportive environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My daughter loves to be with coach Alex and coach Anna. They are very patient with students. Efficient administration and caring staffs. Definitely would recommend this place to any of our friends who is looking for a good Gymnastics school to start with.
