★★★★★Greta GoldbergWe took our 2nd grade Girl Scout troop to Mad Science tonight and it was a really fun experience. Jess was the instructor and she did a great job keeping the kids engaged while also making it enjoyable for the adults in the room. The girls made slime and learned about the chemistry behind it at the same time, which was a big hit. One thing parents especially appreciated was that Jess talked about “slime rules” for home, like where it should be played. A lot of parents don’t allow slime in their houses, so it was nice that they acknowledged that and helped set some expectations. Overall it was a fun, hands-on activity and a great way to get the girls excited about science. Highly recommended!

Our birthday boy felt special being an assistant during some of the experiments, and the kids had so much fun at the hands on bouncy ball experience. Even the parents learned a thing or two. Fornello’s pizza was delicious. The space itself was great too and didn’t even require much decoration. During the free play portion of the afternoon, the axolotl tank and the gecko terrarium were fan favorites with the kids.

My son is obsessed with all things science especially anything related to the ocean, so the island theme was perfect. Jess was our scientist and she was amazing. She taught the kids so much cool information and kept them all engaged and excited. She was great at managing the time and running the party perfectly. Overall booking was easy, there’s little to no setup, and the demonstrations and experiments were such a hit even with the adults! My little scientist loved his birthday and I highly recommend Mad Science for your next birthday party!

Communication was great from start to finish. We had Jess as our “Mad Scientist” running the party and she was absolutely incredible. She handled 15 kids making slime like a pro. Jess was engaging and professional, and taught the kids so much in such a short time! She was prompt for party set up and so helpful in directing us where to put everything as well as offer comments on what precious parties has found success with. 10/10 Experience
