Waste of Money: Zero Structure and No RefundsI am highly disappointed with my experience at Little Fins Swim Academy. I enrolled my children expecting structured swim instruction, but the classes were essentially just expensive playtime. There were no clear skill goals, no progression milestones, and the instructors lacked the structure needed to actually teach swimming. My kids learned absolutely nothing during their time here.To make matters worse, the business management do not care. When I realized the classes were a waste of time and tried to cancel, they refused to issue a prorate refund. They are happy to take your money, but they provide zero educational value and show zero flexibility when their program fails to deliver. Save your money and go to a swim school that actually teaches kids how to swim.
★David HymelAVOID. UNSAFE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Water temperature was NOT safe for 2 year old, nor were we notified in advance after having the previous 2 lessons canceled on us last minute. Lessons were NOT offered in River Ridge or Harahan, told to us after payment was made. Actual backyard location not properly maintained. Swim instructor was just hired and no other company representative on site to speak with. Owner was in denial about everything.
★E F2 sessions were rained out and never rescheduled. It was a different instructor almost every day and did the same thing every lesson. Only get about 10 minutes with the instructor. Emailed and called for information before lessons started and received no response. Just dunk your kids head underwater and save yourself $300.
★Erika DantinThis place is severely lacking in communication. When there was potential of bad weather I had to reach out to see what the protocol was- how ahead of time to do they cancel? How do they cancel? (Text, email?) They did end up cancelling one of our lessons, we scheduled a make up class after our normal classes were done and they never told me the address to our make up lesson. I emailed them and no response- very unprofessional.
