★JaxI am beyond concerned with this coach behavior. She put a hand on my child to stop them from walking away while using manipulative language to make them feel bad. Any form of physical restraint or emotional intimidation is completely unacceptable just do better.
★Alyssa ElkhatibDo not take your children here. Unfortunately for my child she had the opportunity of having Coach Gwen as her teacher for a tumbling class. Tonight I could already see that my daughter was visibly upset from afar so I went down and stood by the front door which is about 10 feet away from where she was practicing. I wanted to see if she was upset because she was just being pushed to her limits or for other reasons. When I got down by them, she was just harping on my daughter. Also to add this was her very first official class that was alittle more advanced and with a new teacher. She took no time to get to know her, for an 8 year old encouragement goes alot further than trying to be a "strict" coach. My daughter was already upset, she gets down to her level, gets in her face and says "Do not walk away from me when I am speaking to you." This lady is a stranger to my daughter, there was absolutely no reason for her to get in her face.

★Gacha_playz_uwu _UwUThe gym and coaches really seem to know what they are going here, extremely structured which is great. BUT I brought my daughter there for 2 of their team practices to work out with them and her "try out" I was told I would be talked with on the second day, and never was because a coach "left" and they would get back to me. Holiday weekend, okay I know when the next practice is and no call. I proceed to call and am told that the coach would call me tonight, and here we are well past the time of practice being over and no call. It is common courtesy for people to let others know of the outcome. Whether it be good or bad! This put a bad taste in my mouth and I refuse to glance at them again as a possibility for my daughter.
