Powered by GoogleWe have loved Impact gymnastics for our 3yo! They do age appropriate skills and give great positive reinforcement. The staff are super friendly also. I can't speak for the upper level athletes, but from what I can tell, they are well trained and have the equipment they need to train safely. Definitely give it a try if you are thinking about gymnastics for your little one.
Impact Gymnastics is absolutely wonderful!!! My 4 year old started classes a month ago, and she LOVES it! The classes are truly the highlights of her week. She has motor skill delays, and these have improved dramatically in the past month thanks to gymnastics - greater improvements than she has experienced with private OT and PT in fact (and much more fun)! We just increased to twice weekly classes because of the fun and progress. All of her teachers (Sarah, Jamie, and Rachel) are so kind and great with her!!
Best place ever! My kids love their gymnastics classes here, and it’s an awesome spot for birthday parties as well!
Our two kids have been doing gymnastics & ninjastics here for some time. They love their teachers, the fun activities, and coming weekly. Their skills have continued to grow! They love doing this recreationally. As a parent, I love that there’s a seating area that I can watch them throughout their class - kids love showing off their skills. We have had 1 birthday party here, and that was also great! Love having this place so close by!
My 5 year old boy has been taking Saturday classes for a little over a year now and has really enjoyed it. I do also love the flexibility that they will allow a missed class to apply to open gym time. I just enrolled my 22 month old in the toddler class and he is loving it as well. I do wish there was a little more structure in the preschool skill building to know if he’s ready for the next class but he’s enjoying it and will likely stay in the level 1 preschool class until he’s ready to move up to the boys only class at 6
