Powered by GoogleLEXT is THE BEST!!! My kids have all taken classes here, from the very young Duplo building classes where they learned about engineering and building design, to the more advanced robotics classes. My kids have taken classes, from 3 years old to teenage years, and have had tons of fun. The teachers are great and the vibe is really outrageously fun! I walk in and often have to stop to look at the various newly kid-programmed robots racing or roaming around the floor. It’s a GREAT place! My kids have tried the various LEXT teams they offer too- Sumo Bots, FLL, and FTC. They never disappoint!
The first time my son took a class at LeXT he said he wanted to live there. For kids interested in engineering and robotics this is the place. The staff are so kind and patient.
My ten year old son went to try LeXT and loved it so much that we went for 3 weeks! His group of 5 to 6 kids learned about 3D modeling, Robo Toureny, and Lego Mindstorm. I liked that his group went on several fieldtrips to the Zoo and the Academy of Science. The Instructor, Alex, is very creative and passes his passion for robotics to the children. My son's favorite part was designing 3D models for airplanes, engines, and houses. I recommend LeXT for any child curious about how complex mechanics works or just likes to build things. We will definitely go back to the club next summer.
My kid does robotics and computer camp here in the summer and loves the place. As far as value goes, it's incredible. He learns to code and made robotics, and I don't feel guilty about spending because it's all very reasonable. The extended hours are totally free which makes it such a no-brainer. The teachers are all really nice and seem to know what they are doing, and they have a wide range of classes available for all levels.
LeXT robo Academy is an absolute asset to the homeschooling community. My kids have taken classes through both locations and they've NEVER come home not excited about how their day has gone. The staff at LeXT holds the kids to a high standard, which I love. There is no lack of fun, but they also are there to learn, and they do!
