Coach inexperienced not her fault she's a kid I guess. Missed games and practices without parents knowing. Apparently when a team doesn't have a full roster the other team gets the advantage of playing with more players instead of just taking one out.

We’ve participated in multiple programs at Level Up, including two in house volleyball leagues and one flag football league. Unfortunately, our overall experience has been disappointing. In the first volleyball league, there were not enough players, so it was converted into a skills camp. While I understand enrollment issues happen, we paid for a league experience and did not receive any type of refund or credit when it was changed into something entirely different. In the second volleyball league, there has been ongoing issues with jerseys. My daughter received a jersey that was not the size we ordered. I mentioned this to the owner right away and was told it would be fixed within a week. I emailed the owner after not hearing anything for a month and was told it would be looked into, but I never heard back. We have one week left of the league, and my daughter and one other teammate have yet to get a team jersey. Communication seems to be a consistent issue with the volleyball program. Facility conditions are also a concern. I frequently sit in the same area and have seen the same two used band aids on multiple occasions, which suggests the space is not being cleaned regularly. Bathrooms are often not stocked or cleaned well. In addition, the facility is freezing in the fall and winter, the parking lot is far too small, and families are expected to bring their own chairs. We also participated in the flag football league, which was a much better experience with clearer communication and no major issues. That contrast makes it feel like some programs receive significantly more attention than others. Overall, we won’t be spending any more money at this facility, not just for volleyball. Based on our experiences, it simply hasn’t been worth the cost, and we would not recommend it. *Response to owner's comment* The jersey issue began in September. I understand delays happen and that apparel production is not always in your direct control, but September is not the holiday season, and after being told the issue would be resolved within a week, more than a month passed with no follow up. It was not until I reached out again that action was taken. With one week left in the league, my daughter will finally receive her jersey, meaning she spent nearly the entire season without one. She was initially given a jersey that was too small, as was another player on the team. As a result, they were the only players without proper jerseys while their teammates had theirs. At this age, being visibly different, particularly related to body size, is impactful even when unintentional. That is why the delay mattered, not just the jersey itself. Regarding the summer session, we paid for an in house league and instead received a weekly 90 minute skills camp at the same league price. I understand and acknowledge options were given, but those are materially different experiences and my daughter was excited to play. A league that meets twice weekly with games and tournament is not equivalent to a weekly skills session. When I refer to communication issues, I am not referring to schedules. I am referring to follow through and consistency. We were told the jersey issue would be resolved within a week and did not hear anything further until I reached out again a month later. Recently we asked coaches questions about the upcoming tournament but those could not be answered, leaving us without clear information. This creates frustration and reinforces the feeling that communication is reactive rather than planned. I understand it is a large space, but repeatedly seeing the same used band aids left in the same seating area over a six week period suggests that those areas are not being routinely cleaned. These are basic expectations in a paid youth sports facility and should not rely on families bringing issues to staff attention.

Dads with daughters beware! My daughter comes to my crying during practice she has to go the bathroom very badly I run her to the bathroom I go in the guys and there’s one toilet in there and someone is in there just blowing it up the place smells absolutely horrible. I stand at the counter get ignored because someone was on the phone finally after a few minutes get their attention ask if there’s a family bathroom and I’m told no I can go over to Meijer which we will never make it. Daughter then has an accident in her pants waiting for some guy that knew we were waiting to finish. This is not acceptable at all. No family bathroom & 1 toilet in the guys when there’s dozens of young kids in the mix that cant control it like an adult. Now my daughter doesn’t want to come back. All the way home in her wet pants she kept saying “I don’t want to do football anymore”.

Stopped in to support my nephew's basketball game. Pretty impressive facility. Little warm, but manageable. If you're attending as a spectacular, consider bringing a chair and a fan. There's plenty of parking and solid equipment on site.
