Travel evaluations were a joke. It was just friends putting their friends kids on their team over kids that had more capability. One of the coaches has a history of screaming at the kids and Demoralizing them and he is ahead of travel coach for an elementary age group. I wish this program could do better, but I don’t see it going in a different direction.

This program is looking to make a profit and does not care about developing players. Bias towards their own select groups and use other families as worthless fillers. Some coaches in this program with major red flags and a history of damaging youth sports. There are other local choices who care. Buyer beware with lenape valley

This organization is a disappointment for families who genuinely care about player growth and fairness. Teams are clearly predetermined before evaluations even start, making the tryout process feel like a waste of time. It’s not about giving kids a fair shot or helping them develop—it’s about keeping the same select group together year after year. There’s little concern for kids who just want the opportunity to learn, compete, and improve. If you’re looking for an organization that prioritizes all players and truly supports youth development, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
