We were at this facility last year for a tournament, and I remember it being extremely loud, which made for a less enjoyable experience. I’m happy to report that we were back today for another all-day tournament, and the noise level was much more manageable. The facility itself is great, and with the improved acoustics, it made for a very positive experience. I hope we have more tournaments at this location in the future!

The “owner” of whatever bar is connected to the hockey rink was the most unprofessional and rude “owner” I’ve ever come across. There’s a food truck directly outside of the entire establishment. We bought some food and immediately upon entering the building, he was extremely rude and told us to leave before we even had a second to process what was happening. We tried to just keep the food in the bag so we could watch my nephew play his hockey game, but that was not good enough for him. You could smell the booze on his breath from a mile away. He didn’t stop there either. He kept running his mouth, using profanities in front of my young children. He swore at me multiple times and threatened to fight my brother in the parking lot. Super weird white male energy kick from this “business owner”. Hopefully we never have to come here for another game.

Piece of Sugar Honey Ice Tea owner for the ice rink. Was drunk and started yelling at my wife and brother-in-laws because they bought tacos from a food truck outside of the building, and wanted to eat them indoors. No warning, no "please don't do that". Just str8 to belligerent behavior and yelling profanities. One review won't make a difference, but sheesh. Learn how to be hospitable, my guy.

Expensive entry fee. Refused to turn the heat on during tournament even though parents are freezing. Nice gym floors for the athletes.

STOP HOSTING TOURNAMENTS- your facility is way too small. It is the least enjoyable experience of a facility I’ve been in to have a tournament hosted here. I know you want to bring in money but you need an expansion first. This is terrible. And then the acoustics are terrible. And you can see people have been saying this for years in their reviews. You’re clearly intentionally not doing anything about it. It’s a hot mess. Just stop hosting tournaments .
