Nikki is wonderful with the kids, and is able to strike the perfect balance of keeping order, teaching them farm skills, and letting them be free to have fun in nature. It's such a sweet oppotunity for children to experience milking goats, making soap, gardening, caring for animals, bee-keeping, cooking—so many beautiful, elemental tasks that really build self-confidence. Farmer Nikki also teaches them how to work together to achieve things and health and community are taught and respected. My girls came home exhausted in the best way, full of stories and information and infectious enthusiasm.

The veggies rival anything you can find at your local co-op, without having traveled in a truck, grown in the soil of your own town. The eggs are the best we’ve ever had. And you’re getting your money’s worth. When we heard about the summer camp, we jumped on it. It’s like the best of 4-H (which I loved as a kid) but a more it intimate version of that. Our daughter did more in a week of camp there than she did in two weeks of a more expensive museum camp earlier in the summer. Farmer Nikki is a 💫.
