My 2 girls love being part of Lana’s gym. Every Sunday they are excited to get to class and afterwards they always talk about their new trick they were able to learn. I ask my girls how their coaches are and they say they’re sweet and kind. Is the viewing room small? Yes but honestly just get their early and grab a seat. The TVs in the hallway also are good to watch your kids. I also love that they do repeat certain trainings so they can perfect it. Will definitely keep my girls here, they’re happy and it motivates them to sta active. Also will add the front desk staff are friendly and doors always open for any questions.

I can’t speak more highly about how accommodating the administrative staff is here. I am a mother of a ASD level one and ADHD child 5 years old. I was looking for an after school activity for my son that would suit his sensory needs. We tried this gym, and the staff tried really hard to accommodate our needs. Adjusting exercises… allowing his therapist to participate…Unfortunately, it did not work out. The loudness of the main gym was a lot for my son. And the style of some coaches didn’t work with my sons style of learning. This is NOT bc they were unkind or because they were not amenable to our needs. Just didn’t mix. I’m really sad it didn’t work out because he really loved the tumbling. But I still appreciate a business that does their absolute best to try to work with you!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. The facility is clearly in poor condition — the mats and equipment are dirty, and the overall space feels neglected. Most concerning, there were rodent droppings in the tiny tots playroom, and when it was brought to the coach’s attention, it seemed as though this was not a new issue. While management appears to be making small cosmetic updates, such as adding new lighting, the overall condition of the gym continues to feel run down and in need of serious maintenance. The viewing area is limited to a small 7x9 double-sided mirror, and caregivers are told they are not allowed to record or take photos of their own children. Management explains this is to protect the privacy of other gymnasts; however, I have observed others doing so without any intervention. Policies are posted but do not appear to be enforced consistently, which raises concerns about fairness and overall oversight. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and consistent policy enforcement makes it difficult to feel confident about the environment. The person in charge does not appear to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations. He comes in, makes a few observations or comments about athletic wear, and then goes straight to his office. When approached with questions or concerns, he directs you to speak with the front office instead. Unfortunately, those concerns are often not resolved, which makes it frustrating to get clear answers or meaningful support. If you see a response from the gym it would not be from the owner but an automatic AI generated one.

This gym has poor standards and lacks genuine care for its members. They are unwilling to work with you on make-ups. The coaches are essentially students training themselves and are not certified professionals. We pay excessive fees, including registration costs and overpriced “award shows” that offer nothing beyond flashy lights. Classes are not disclosed in advance and only after payment. Certain holiday closures are at times notified two weeks prior. Adding new lighting doesn’t change the reality—this is not a real gym. The only girls on teams are those who bought into the gimmick by enrolling in more classes, or transferred from other gyms. What matters is they don't have your interest at heart. Plus you will never be able to speak to the owner about your dissatisfied experience because he does not care.

My husband and I enrolled our three-year-old daughter in the toddler gymnastics class and were very disappointed with our experience. When we registered, this was not advertised as a Mommy & Me or parent-participation class — it was presented as a regular coached class. After attending for several weeks, on a particular day when there were only three children and four coaches present, and all of the children were well-behaved, the owner came in and attempted to change the expectations mid-program, stating that parents must assist with the children. This led to an uncomfortable altercation. If parents are expected to teach and intervene during class, what exactly are you paying almost $1,000 for the full session for? The whole point of enrolling was for our child to be instructed by trained coaches — not for parents to run the class. Additionally, the viewing setup is extremely poor. Parents are expected to watch from a small room with very limited visibility. The glass does not allow you to see the full gymnastics floor or the toddler area. If both parents want to watch their child, one of you is asked to leave, which we experienced firsthand. Being removed from the viewing area simply for wanting to observe your toddler is unacceptable. Between the changing of class expectations, the confrontation with the owner, and the inadequate viewing accommodations, this was not a welcoming or professional environment. I do not recommend Lana Gymnastics and would not return or suggest this business to other families, especially those with young children.
