The Lake Wales Arts Center, home of the Lake Wales Arts Council, runs a week-long summer arts camp for children ages 6-13. Campers explore fine-arts disciplines including painting, drawing, pottery, music, drama, dance, graphic design, and photography, working with materials from watercolor and clay to digital arts, and take home a portfolio of their work. Both half-day and full-day options are offered, and no prior experience is required.
