Private
The Highlands Art League, a nonprofit in Sebring active since 1966, runs a kids' summer art camp that combines art projects with science experiments and hands-on crafts. Campers do painting and drawing, clay work, nature walks, and reading and storytelling, organized around themes such as Ocean Adventures and Space Exploration, with weekly library visits and a visit to the on-site Highlands Museum of the Arts. The final week closes with a family open house of campers' work.

I joined pretty much as soon as I got to town with a very warm & happy welcome. There is a member's gallery & another large gallery space that always has a show. It's in a lovely shaded public area next to the theater the City Pier the beach the library historical society & the circle. Convenient to all culture and community. View enjoy buy original art & save the world from darkness.
A paint and sip class was scheduled for my family and myself and was canceled. Not a big deal. However, it's been over a week and no refund has been issued. I have called multiple times a day over the last week with voicemails and no callback. No other phone numbers or an email on their site. Rediculous!
Love this place! Every day there is some thing new, something inspiring happening here. If you have not been by the Museum in a while, come on by and check it out!
Lovely place, unique gifts and knowledgeable and helpful staff! And classes so I can make my own! I'm so excited!!!
