★★★Jessica RyanI have been bringing our kids to Glendale KTR since it opened several years ago, in the last 6-8 months, it seems like the equipment like jumping pit is empty and many flatables are deflated and is just being looked over by corporate, I hear about all these new KTR's opening around town, while the Glendale location is going down the drain, there are so many repairs to equipment its crazy the kids can even come play still. With summer and school out right around the corner it will be questionable to bring the kids to stay occupied when they are limited to the equipment not working. GM Jack and staff is amazing and the main reason we come back, and I am hoping to bring the kids during the summer to keep busy, hopefully the equipment gets repaired soon. Well it's been a month since corporate response nothing has been repaired yet, in fact now the basketball area is down, there are barely any chairs left for parents to sit upstairs, since so many have been broken and removed. It's a bummer, that place would be booming if kids has something more than trampolines to jump on. Excluding the skate ramps

The staff was wonderful, everyone from the front desk to the team members helping during the party were friendly, welcoming, and very organized. I especially want to recognize Jacob J., who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His attention and care really stood out and made the celebration even more enjoyable. What meant the most to us was how accommodating and kind the staff was to my 5-year-old, who was in a wheelchair due to a broken leg and had just gotten his cast removed a few days prior. Even with a boot on, he still managed to hop around, and they made sure he felt included and comfortable, which truly meant a lot to our family. Overall, it was a fun, thoughtful, and well-organized experience. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend KTR Glendale for parties and family outings!
