Powered by GoogleMy go to for birthday parties for my 3 boys. It’s fun for all ages. We have hosted several birthday parties here and have attended several birthday parties here. I love that the kids can play the whole party and don’t have to stop playing to go to the party room if they don’t want to. The staff is super friendly and a lot of the time the staff will actually go out and play with the kids and I love that. I love having a designated party room that the parents can hang out in while the kids play but there is also a ton of seating outside of the party room to sit and watch the kids play too. Being able to bring in my own food for the party is a huge perk compared to most other party places around here. We have a party in about a week there and my son can’t stop talking about how much fun he’s going to have at his “garbage truck birthday” at the “ninja place!”
Six years ago, we walked through these doors with two little ones and no idea how much this place would shape our lives. Today, our kids are 9 and 6 — both on the competitive team — and this gym has been a cornerstone of their childhood. Our youngest has spent nearly his entire life here. That’s not just a testament to how long we’ve been coming — it’s a reflection of how deeply this community earns your trust and keeps it. What makes this gym extraordinary isn’t just the programming (though it’s exceptional — from Little Ninjas all the way through competitive training and leadership development). It’s the coaches. Coach Sophia, in particular, has been nothing short of instrumental in raising our kids to be driven, disciplined, and confident. She hasn’t just taught them skills — she’s helped shape who they are. We are proudly, unapologetically, Lifers. Our dream? Someday watching our kids coach the next generation alongside the very role models who inspired them. That’s the kind of place this is — one that plants roots deep enough to grow into something that lasts a lifetime. If you’re on the fence, let this be the review that tips you over. Don’t just try a class — dive in. Show up, make connections, and let these people into your life. You won’t regret it. We certainly never have.
SPF is super fun for my boys and it is a place where they get to learn how to be active, be safe, and enjoy moving their bodies without it ever feeling like they are doing a workout...even though they clearly are! Coach Tommy knows how to make each lesson super fun, how to work even with the most stubborn kid, and how to encourage them to try their hardest and learn something they would otherwise not even try. Highly recommend it.
We love coming here for Little Ninja class! Coach Liv and Coach Tommy are amazing — they teach with so much patience, guidance, and encouragement. Their positive energy and support really help the kids grow in confidence and skills. We always look forward to their classes!
Caring coaches, competitive equipment, ninja and parkour teams and so many different classes! I love the family environment and way they help all the kids feel included!
