My boys love going to Kidstrong in Littleton. They look forward to it every week. KidStrong has been incredible for Mavis. Since starting, I’ve watched her confidence grow so much. She walks into class feeling bold and brave, eager to try things that used to make her hesitant. The program does such a great job encouraging kids to challenge themselves while still making it fun and positive. The coaches are truly amazing. They are patient, enthusiastic, and so good at meeting each child where they are while still pushing them to believe they can do hard things. They celebrate the kids’ wins in a way that makes them feel proud of themselves, and you can see how much the kids look up to them. It’s been really special watching Mavis build not just physical skills, but confidence in herself. KidStrong has made a huge impact on her, and we’re so grateful for the coaches who make it such a positive experience.

My sons are two completely opposite kids. Our older is working on confidence levels and collaborating with others. Our younger goes 90-to-nothing from sun up to sun down- and needs focus, activity, and structured ways to get his energy out. Kidstrong Littleton has served both of them extremely well. The older one has gone to camps and come home feeling prouder of himself and stronger. The younger is working on his teamwork skills in his weekly classes, getting his after school jitters out, and also learns character building skills between the obstacle courses and physical activity. I'm so glad we chose to sign up as members here because they meet each child where they are to help strengthen them in the areas they need assisting. Emily is wonderful and supportive of the kids. And the coaches are such great role models for my boys to look up to.

His strength, coordination, and overall confidence have improved so much, and it’s been such a joy to watch him accomplish things that once felt really hard for him. What truly sets this place apart is the coaches. Coach Ben, Coach Quinn, and Coach Nat are so patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in the kids. They meet each child where they are and know just how to challenge them while still making it fun. You can tell they truly care about every child who walks through the doors.
