The first few times are always rough but then they get used to following instructions and he has so much fun so don't get discouraged if your child doesn't want to do it the first day. I already see how much it's helped him and his confidence and with listening to instructions. I like that there are instructions instead of open gyms that just let kids run around and do whatever. It really sets up the kids for success! I was recommended by my sons PT and since they my son has improved and gotten so much stronger!
