The best camp in the DC area. KCC introduces cultures around the world to children while also providing a nuturing, safe environment for your young one to play and learn. Highly recommend!

Our daughter had a great time at Kids & Culture. It was remarkably well run, professional and organized, and I never had to worry about the kids being plopped in front of screens all day. The kids did yoga, played with water outside, and made regional food together. (My daughter now loves Ethiopian food, and has a new list of countries she wants to visit.) Review from my four-year-old: “It has everything!” The only downside is that this camp doesn’t last all summer.

My 3 year old twins have enjoyed their time at Kids & Culture Camp. They attended the entire 4 weeks and can always share what they learned or participated in during the day. The staff is AMAZING! Everything is well organized. I had so many questions leading up to camp and Jania always provided a quick response. The overall experience was great for me as a parent as well with a parent meeting prior to camp and detailed emails with information every week! We will definitely be returning next summer!

Our child had an incredible time at Kids and Culture Camp day camp this summer! The program was engaging, educational, and so much fun. They came home every day excited to share what they learned—whether it was new cultural traditions, creative arts, language games, or outdoor activities.

My children have been attending KCC since 2019. They all started when they were 4 years old, and my oldest is now 10 years old. We absolutely love KCC! My kids have learned so much about so many countries around the globe--history, culture, cuisine, music, geography, and more. My kids also learned to play chess. They enjoy yoga throughout the week and water play on Wednesday. The older kids have a field trip every week. The camp serves a nutritious, free lunch with locally sourced food every day. Most importantly, I know my children are safe at the camp--from the policies in place to the warm welcome I receive each day when I drop them off and pick them up. We will be back next year!
